Aromatherapy 2 - For Woman

If you depend on cosmetics, just forget it. Cosmetics only enhance what's already there, not to create something that doesn't exist. True feminine beauty

starts from the inside, with proper nutrition and good health, enough exercise to keep your body metabolism in good condition.

Skin
Skin able to regenerate itself. About a million dead skin cells are shed every hour, and two new layers of skin are forming every four hours. Taking a good

care of your skin makes you look more radiant and feel more alive, increasing sexual responsiveness and your lover's enjoyment of you as well.

Use rose hip seed oil (rosa mosqueta) on your body and massage blends to repair and rejuvenate your skin at its deepest levels.

Use natural nut oils for nourishing and emollient effects on the skin, such as: hazelnut, macadamia, sweet almond, shea and pecan.

For soothing and regenerating skin cell use Lavender, blue chamomile and helichrysm.

To replenish moisture and improve elasticity use Rose, jasmine, sandalwood and frankincense.

For oily skin, take the benefit from sebum-balancing properties of geranium, palmarosa and ylang-ylang.

For cellulite problem, use a natural-bristle body brush before every bath or shower, starting at the soles of the feet, brushing upward toward the heart, and

staying away from the too-sensitive areas of breasts, neck, and face. A drop of cypress, juniper, rosemary, lemon, eucalyptus or lemongrass to the bristles

gives a boost to circulation and can help expedite the elimination of excess fluids.

After dry brushing, continue with bathing. use following formula,

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup rose, orange blossom, or chamomile floral water
  • 2 tbsp. liquid glycerin
  • 30-40 drops essential oil of your choice

Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well to mix. Add a drop of food coloring if desired. Shake thoroughly before using. This recipe enough for about four baths.

After take a comfort bath, you're ready for your lover. A good conversation can be start trough massaging. A regular massage can release emotional tension.

This will make a man more centered, peaceful and emotionally expressive. Use comforting essential oils such as benzoin, rose, geranium, mandarin, melissa and

marjoram to enhance the massage process. Non sexual touch and sharing the feeling are important. The more feeling express with each other, the more intimate

lovemaking will get. You can follow next instruction, or you can improvise yourself as you know your lover likes.

Massaging

Lower Back Spirals
put a teaspoon or so of aromatic oil in your hands, then smooth it over the buttocks and lower back. Starting at the top of the crack between the buttocks,

use our thumb to make a small spirals upward along either side of tailbone to the top of the sacrum, then press your thumbs along the top of the hips and move

them out, across and down the side of the body to the floor. Repeat several times.


Thumb over the mountain
First, Do a few big kneading strokes to loosen up the muscles. Add extra oil if necessary. Start from the bottom, press thumb firmly into the flesh of the buttocks and follow the curve up, around, and down the side of the hips. Use comfortable presure that your love can tolerate. Return to the first position and move your thumbs apart slightly to describe a second curved line that is paralel to and outside the first, continuing until you have no curve left to follow. Repeat several time and do some improvitation. This massage do best for woman too.


Redistributing the Energy
Put your hand on lower back to one side of the spine, palm down, fingers flat and pointing toward the shoulders. Using firm and even presure, press down and move the hand slowly up toward the top of the spine, with the other hand following right behind. Visualization like with the pressure you are moving his energy up and out the lower back into the rest of his body. Repeat several times. Do the same thing ont the other side of the spine.


When Your Emotion Unstable
A sudden feeling may come like, frozen heart, inexplicable disiterest with your lover. Take care of yourself alone sometimes can heal unstable emotions. Take your time on your own space.   • 6 drops marjoram
  • 18 drops lavender
  • 1 drop peppermint

Directions

mix and leave it for half an hour to let the oil integrate. This enough for 2 baths, or for 2 ounces of massage oils.



Skin Treatment

Creme of Josephine

Ingredients

  • 1-2 oz coconut oil
  • 10 drops jasmine absolute
  • 10 drops sandalwood
Directions
Warm the coconut oil to liquefy. Mix the jasmine and sandalwood. Pour into a small, flat cosmetic or sachet jar and allow to set. Use as a skin softener or creme perfume. Keep in refrigerator when hot weather.


Hungary Water
used it for body splash or can be added to the bath

Ingredients
  • 1 qt. alcohol (grape spirits or ethyl alcohol)
  • 150 drops rosemary
  • 75 drops melissa
  • 75 drops lemon
  • 2 drops peppermint
  • 8 oz rose water
  • 8 oz orange blossom water
  • A few drops each rose and neroli (optional)

Directions
Add the essential oils to the alcohol in a half-gallon-size glass bottle or jar, swirl to blend, and allow to sit overnight. Add the rose water and orange blossom water, and shake well. Keep in the refrigerator for an excellent cooling splash for summer.

Apply on cotton balls as a facial toner or cleanser. Splash some in the bath for a invigorating pick-me-up. Always shake well before using.
