Kyphi

To the sawdust mix, add:

• 4 drops spikenard
• 2 drops peppermint
• 6 drops myrrh
• 4 drops juniper
• 8 drops clary sage
• a teaspoon each of cinnamon and ground cardamom or 2 drops each of the essential oils of cinnamon and cardamom.
